Napoleon Perdis is a premium luxury makeup cosmetics brand with a rich Australian heritage. Under new ownership, my mission was to guide the brand towards its next phase, where we will elevate its brand positioning to attract new customers while maintaining relevance and value for our existing loyal customer base.
As Head of Marketing, I lead the marketing campaign GLOW-PHORIA, showcasing two new SPF skincare products alongside a range of essential glow-enhancing makeup. With a strategic vision for a timeless appeal that extended beyond the summer season, GLOW-PHORIA seamlessly intertwined skincare and cosmetics, tapping into the latest consumer behaviour in a post-pandemic landscape.

Next Dimension Radiance
Drawing inspiration from a radiant and youthful lit-from-within glow, the campaign imagery and colour palette exuded warmth and euphoria, evoking the resurgence of sun-kissed beauty that Australian consumers love. Under the taglines “Next Dimension Radiance” and "Protect first, glow second," GLOW-PHORIA educated consumers on three inspiring makeup looks, each achievable on their own and tailored to varying coverage and styles.
Collaborating closely with our digital, creative, visual merchandising, product and sales teams, I led the integrated marketing efforts across all digital platforms, social media channels, email marketing, collateral materials, and brand touch-points. Our objective was to generate awareness, engage our target audience, and drive product sales through a cohesive and strategic marketing approach.
